DOVE EVE & DOVE DAY 2017 UPDATE

This time of the year we start thinking about our Dove Day Weekend and if you have not made reservations yet you will find information here. This will be a big year for doves since opening day is Friday and of course our big day is SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND.

2016 – It was a very good year !

I have been in contact with our guide Dusty Greaves and he has us down for Saturday September 2nd, some have indicated interest in shooting on opening day and for those who are interested please let me know. At this time I think the fee of $100 per gun on the 2nd will be the same and I am requesting $50 deposit sent to me by July 10th. As for shooting on the 1st when I have a firm number I will work with our guide on placing the guns and the price and you will be notified. In order to avoid confusion we will handle each day separately and anyone who has further questions is welcome to call me. 214 728-3522 or send me an email to joem@penwright.com. Remember you are welcome to invite new shooters to join us but we require you vouch for their safety and certify, through personal knowledge, they are not assholes.

A bit of good news today, sond David McElyea drew an Elk tag for fall 2017 in the Gunnison area where he lives. Here is a picture of him last year on his Elk hunt in the same area.
